No. The pens are designed for confident self-administration at home. Each order includes clear guidance, and our team can answer any questions before you begin.

We accept UK bank transfer and Bitcoin. Bank transfers use the unique reference supplied with your order; Bitcoin instructions include our receiving address and a scannable QR code. Both methods are verified manually before fulfilment.

Yes. Choose Bitcoin at checkout, then use the QR code or receiving address on your confirmation page. Send BTC only on the Bitcoin network. Our team manually verifies payment before processing the order.

When you choose bank transfer, we create your order and provide our account details plus a unique reference. Once your payment arrives and is matched to the reference, we confirm the order and begin preparing it.

All orders are dispatched discreetly with tracked UK delivery, free of charge on every order.

Always. Orders arrive in plain, secure packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside.

Pens should be kept refrigerated between 2–8°C. Full storage guidance is included with every order.
