1. About us and these terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a legally binding contract to order from us. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

We take care to describe products accurately, but images and descriptions are for general information. 4. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, payment is not received, or we reasonably believe the order breaches these terms), and will refund any sum already paid.

Prices and stock are confirmed by us at the point of order; the price charged is the price held in our system at that time, not any figure cached or displayed in error.

5. Price and payment

5.1 Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you complete your order (see clause 6).

5.2 We accept Bitcoin and UK bank transfer. For Bitcoin, when you place an order we display the Bitcoin address and the amount payable. The Bitcoin amount is based on the GBP order total converted at the rate shown at that time; you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address.

5.3 For bank transfer, we provide our account details and a payment reference (your order number) when you place your order. Please pay the GBP order total to that account using the reference within 3 working days, so we can match your payment.

5.4 We verify all payments manually. Your order is processed once we have confirmed that the funds have been received. Where the amount received differs from the amount due, we will contact you to arrange the balance or a partial refund.

5.5 We do not store card details and never take card payments through the Site.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery is within the United Kingdom only and is free on all orders.

6.3 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation and returns

Your right to cancel and return goods, and the exceptions that apply to our products, are set out in our Returns / Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate order and delivery information, to use the Site lawfully, and not to attempt to interfere with or misuse the Site or its security features.

9. Our liability

9.1 We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9.2 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9.3 Subject to clause 9.1, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for misuse of the products, and our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, branding, logos, images and design) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our permission.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will let you know and resume performance when we can.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place it.
